Introduction

Data we process on behalf of customers may include:

Data Security
We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect personal information, including:
- TLS encryption in transit for all API, dashboard, and upload traffic
- SHA3-256 hashing of recipient identifiers at the engagement intelligence layer
- Access controls, authentication, and audit logging
- Network isolation between processing infrastructure and public-facing services
- Routine review of dependencies, secrets, and infrastructure
- Encrypted backups with periodic restore testing
While we strive to protect your information, no method of transmission over the Internet or electronic storage is 100% secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security.
Data Retention
We retain personal information for as long as necessary to:
- Provide our services and maintain your account
- Maintain validation history and known-bad / suppression lists that protect future submissions
- Compute and serve scoring and classification outputs over rolling time windows
- Comply with legal, accounting, and reporting obligations

Customer-uploaded email lists are retained only as long as necessary to complete the validation or hygiene operation requested, and to support the historical reporting features of your account. You may request deletion of uploaded lists at any time through your account settings or by contacting us. Hashed identifiers, validation outcomes, and aggregate statistics may be retained for the purpose of supporting ongoing scoring, suppression, and abuse-prevention.
